While I applaud all your efforts into upgrading the CD players circuitry, may I suggest a most important item that is not being addressed?

If your AC is being distorted coming into the CD player, no amount of electronic manipulation can correct for it, save for onboard AC regeneration which no CD player I know of has.

Bang one of these onto the business end of your CD players power cord and prepare to be amazed :-)

No I am NOT kidding...........
