Welcome to the club ! Call me a fanatic if you wish, but I have a 150A dedicated sub panel with 12 circuits (6 on each phase) for my soon to be built Listening Room and I am in the process of coating each connection from the main svc panel to and including the 150A panel with SilClear silver emulsion (available from Mapleshade 888/236-2753; 14 grams for $35 & a 30 day satisfaction or money back guarantee) and also replacing the aluminum bus bars with copper. I have been searching, without success to date, for circuit breakers using phosphor bronze for all the electrical contacts. Phosphor Bronze is 97% copper, 2.9% Zinc and 0.1% Phosphorus to retard oxidation. If only I were a millionaire.......
