While the insulation is OK, the conductors are silver plated copper, which is not the most neutral conductor out there. Usually the consequence of silver plated copper is a touch of brightness, or a forward or more aggressive sound. At it's best, it can sound euphonically detail enchancing, until you notice that EVERYTHING now has this 'extra' detail, and it can become wearying on a more bright than neutral system.BTW, despite the air spaced PTFE teflon center insulation, the capacitance is still 26 pF per foot, that's not really that low, it is more bottom typical range.
Stock Belden 89259 runs 17.3 pF per foot, and my DIY twisted pair design based on various foamed FEP cores, runs around 17-18 pF per foot when properly constructed.
Velocity of propagation is also not very high, again, more middle of the road-ish.
If you already have some, try it out, if you have yet to pay money for it, you might want to reconsider, and look at the various Belden part numbers.
The shielding does look good on paper, but you can add a 2nd outer shield to the various DIY cables, and even use silver plated copper if that is considered a superior shield (the outer added or second shield can be wired so as not to carry the audio portion of the signal, and still act as an extra shield).
