I have the large wall-wart looking device from Quantum that you plug into an outlet, nothing can be plugged into the wall-wart device...For the first few days I thought it really 'cleaned up' the sound. I've recently removed it and am happier. I did try it on other outlets about 20' away but on the same circuit. I also tried it on the same circuit as my fridge/stove & microwave.
don't think i'm buying it...
