Tin the tip with the solder you intend to use. If the tip has previously been used with other solder it is not a problem. Just wipe it on a damp sponge to remove as much solder as you can and re-tin it with the new solder. I don't fuss much with the difference. I prefer the lead free solder for sound quality so that is what I use on audio projects. If I happen to solder something else that is not audio critical and use lead bearing solder I wipe it off when I am done. The tip will not hold enough solder to cause problems when you change alloys.If you want to be certain you do not mix the alloys you will need to change tips each time you change solder.
