First two numbers are cap nominal, in your case 47.Third number is decimal multiplier: a number of zeros you have to add to the nominal to get the value in pF. 1 means you have to add one zero to the nominal, which will be 470 pF.
Letter at 4th position is tolerance. J means 10%.
Example: 225K is 2.2 uF 5%.
