There are two major manufacturers. And two audio companies that use each style. Naim uses Switchcraft. DNM uses Deltron. The Switchcraft have metal collars that lock the barrel and jack. The Deltron have plastic locking rings.
There are a couple other small details where they differ. The lock ring makes indentifing them easy.
I prefer the Deltron for signals, and use the Switchcraft for power connectors. All used for power have been run at less than 200 ma, the current rating is in amps.
I do not know if they are up to the quality of the Lemco, but these are 2- 4 USD each. This is way less than audio approved RCA's. I think they are a big step above most RCA connectors.George
