There are higher voltage Schottkys around, but they are pricey. I actually got some samples of the Ixys FBS10-06SC Schottky bridge which is rated for 600v 6.6a! Parts Connexion sells them but they are expensive, for $60 they better be amazing! I havent gotten around to using them yet, I guess they could be used in a preamp, dac or even a small Tripath amp.
