With an 8" in a sealed enclosure about 60Hz F3 is to be expected; perhaps an octave lower with a different 8" woofer in a vented enclosure. Neither would be true sub frequncies but instead extending the Bass vs lil' pc speakers. With your RS woofer, a larger enclosed volume will lower bass extension somewhat at the penalty of less punch. Trial a longer tube (perhaps double your present length) using a sliding rear panel to permit adjusting the enclosed volume. Temporarily seal the adjustable panel with tape until satisfied, then cut tube to final length & finish.
