Want to upgrade A/D/S L-630 x-overs

First I just want to say that this is my first venture into upgrading components on a crossover network. I honestly don't know anything about crossovers but I would like to learn. I have supplied some images of my crossover network and what I would like to know about them. Any help is very much appreciated. I don't have a problem soldering the components. Its just that I don't know how to read the values or where to start with buying the replacement components. Or what the components are called at that. We all gotta start somewhere and this is the only place I know that I can get answers to my questions. I really really appreciate any help. Thank you.
