op amps and passives

69.19.14.26

Is there any characteristic that is more important when upgrading a cd output op amp that goes to a 10k switched attenuator and then on to an amp with 100k input? The IC from the player to the switch is 24ga CAT 5, captive at the passive end and using Cardas RCAs at the CD end. The cable from passive to amp is Jon Risch's design with a twisted pair of coax cores and Cardas RCAs.

I want to upgrade a BA 4560 in a Pioneer 563A. I did a bunch of research and the recommendations were highly varied.

Here is what I found recommended from modifiers and other experts for this chip and/or this player.
Audio Crafters - AD 8034
Echo Loft - OPA 2132
Underwood Hi-fi AD 8066
APL - Alex never posted what he uses
Jon Risch and Vinnie - OPA 2604
Thorsten - LM 6172, Jon commented that it was not a straight swap
Mark K - LM 4562 touted today as the best chip, which caused me to write this post.
