I found that an inexpensive laminated bamboo cutting board provides very good results when placed under my PLC's with Herbie's Audio Lab footers involved in the configuration. Herbie's Audio Lab Baby Bootie feet (w/pressure-sensitive adhesive) - Place a quantity of four (4) under your power bar:
