No,(tried, even smaller than 250mA ones), Just don't apply too much heat for too long.
The only problem I can think of is the fuse metal parts resistance to soldering, You must use a soldering paste or something similar, and then test the joints mechanically by trying to pull the wires from the fuse. All'n'all not a very safe way to go.
