Tweakers' Asylum Tweaks for systems, rooms and Do It Yourself (DIY) help. FAQ. |

Just wanted to take a minute to share my experience with these capacitors used in a speaker crossover. Granted they replaced a cheap non-polar electrolytic on a tweeter crossover, the improvement is much more than I thought possible. The speaker is the (don't laugh) Axiom M60. I have always loved their "revealing" nature, but they were just too sharp. The Jensens have absolutely no trade offs in this application. More resolution and smoother. They just seem more linear and right sounding. I don't hear any coloration or tube-like qualities that some have reported. Simply more life-like presence. They have been in the circuit for about 3 days now.
