Well, I checked the speaker connections and they were wired wrong .Still can't believe that this wasn't caught at the factory . The tweeter and woofer were'nt wire in phase with each other . Someone wired them out of phase . The poor speakers was working against itself . They sound a heck of a lot better now . The sound has body now , much more than previous . These are pretty good speakers . They image really well for a cheap speaker ! Glad I posted here . Thanks !
