Hello. I have no electric/wood working experience whatsoever. However I have a lot of free time lately :( and have had an itch for a long time to try building speakers. Any recommendation for a kit that's easy for absolute beginners.. but will give me the experience to try something a bit more complicated next time?
All I want to build is a really small, simple one-driver (no need for a crossover) box, for now. If this really went anywhere, my ultimate goal would be to build something similar to omega's super 3 xrs (at least in design, if I can't touch it performance-wise). I might get a pair of them this year, and it would be all sorts of fun trying to build my own pair to test side-by-side.
