They are not bad. Don't know if the HDAMs work at the i/v stage. You should ask those Bursonaudio folks. They are pretty friendly. but the HDAMs work very nicely at the output stage. I bought a pair of their single HDAMs last month. Much better than opamps. They need a bit of burning in and warming up each time. but once that happens they are chocolate to the ear!
