But sometimes the only way to learn that is to make a step backward.. I did with three terminal regulators, lost that inner detail and clarity npt to mention an increased noise floor, by putting back the zener emitter follower circuit upon some minor resistor changes and a lower value buffer before the base it made a world of difference and i got music back, this is also after biasing the buffer and gain op amp into class-A..
