I was an early AKSA-phile too. I have an AKSA 55N+ in the bedroom system and a 100N+ in my main system. AKSAs are extremely transparent with a lovely top end: sweet, clear, detailed, no fatigue. Bass and mid performance is very strong.According to Hugh Dean (the designer), the AKSAs were designed right to the edge of stability... so if you avoid high capacitance cables you will find the AKSA to be an extraordinarily fast, agile, and responsive amp.
I am building Orions and all of the amps in that system will be AKSAs. I really like the AKSA sound and dealing with Hugh Dean is one of those little pleasures in life that don't come along often enough.
Good luck,
Peter
