everyone that uses tubes knows that tubes wear out. I'm talking changes over the first few hundred hours with brand hew tubes. This is not the first time I'm hearing it, it's happened before with other tubes I have used that were new not NOS or USED already. Those I never heard changes, that's why I'm even puzzled but just reporting what I'm hearing with these tubes. The JJ 300b's I got new when I first built this Transcendent Sound Masterpiece 300b preamp changes too but nothing like this, they just tighten up a little but not much.
