Yikes! I can't imagine why you would want to spend that much (Auris $99 / Audioengine $189) to accomplish such a basic function.The one my 10 year old granddaughter uses to stream to the tube amp she built came from eBay and cost $7.49 with free shipping. I have one too and they work great.
If you prefer Airplay Wi-Fi streaming (CD quality), have a Mac device and don't need to send a signal to multiple rooms at the same time then look for an old Airport Express on eBay. They can be found for ~$25. They have both analog and digital output so you can use their internal DAC or your choice of external ones.
