Tungsram tubes made in Hungary will all have the little square metal tag mounted somewhere inside. Philips style tubes can be easily identified by the etched codes on the lower side of the glass, or on the base between the pins in older examples. The common exception are BEL tubes, made in India, with Philips style construction. Sometimes Matsushita also lack codes, and both BEL and Matsushita have other visual details that reveal their origin.
French La Radiotechnique Philips tubes are a more common "Mazda"-labeled tube, and they have their own unique construction details. Many of the short-plate RT tubes have unique mica spacers that look like they have gear teeth, for instance.
The best way to be sure on an i.d. is if we can look at clear photos from a few different angles. Better yet is to be able to have the tube to look at in person.
