would be Hong Kong, Japan, or Singapore eBay completed sales. I think you are stuck with international sales with tube testers. Japan would be safest of those three and higher prices there are possible. Others might have other options for sales other than eBay. Japan and Hong Kong have local audio magazines with classified sections, so hopefully the asylum folks living there will respond.
