So, they are not just a pin adaptor, they adjust voltage and current as well. For measurement you will have to take this into consideration. It is not a bad thing necessarily, if you have one good known tube you can use as a bogey, you can compare other tubes to it as a %. You will just hot be able to match the expected values on the meter instructions.
