I had a similar setup as yours (but had M3B with my Debut amp). Love that combo!! huge stage!
Ok - so in my Debut, I like the Tungsol brown base EL34 tubes. I also have Gold Lion kt77, a NOS set of Winged C svet's. The Gold Lions "seem" to have a smidge more detail over the Tungsol, but really the Tungsol has a better bottom end, meaning deeper bass (ie the KT77 is lacking a little on the bottom end, info not just impact) compared to the Tungsol - so the KT77 seems more spot lit, but it is not. The air and hall info is still there on the Tungsol - in fact I prefer the stage size and hall info of the Tungsol.
But with that said, I think the TAD redbase and JJ are my next EL34. I have a set of JJ 6550's in a pair of CJ mono amps, and LOVE them! better than the Winged C they replaced, across the board.
