It is a genuine Telefunken. The label says that, but you can't always trust paint.
Even though you didn't show the "diamond" shape embossed into the glass between the pins, the unique hoop getter wire gives it away. Genuine Telefunkens can be identified by the indentation in that circular getter structure, right where the vertical support wire joins the hoop.
