Based on a quick internet search it looks like you have some old Ei 6L6-GCs
the photo on the Ei data sheet linked below is more typical of the Yugoslavian plants habit of top evacuation -
Having said this- it should be interchangeable with 7581/6L6-GC -
As to the KT-66, original MO valve units were capable of slightly higher dissipation, but most designers did not take advantage of that-
Newer KT-66s may well not have that extra capacity that the MO valve units did.
FYI- many data sheets are readily available on the internet -
and with the older tubes (anything designed before say 1978) most manufacturers keep to the original specs
