I have a Scott 222C which is actually a 7189A amplifier. The previous owner said it had been converted to use with EL84s and it came with 6N14Ns. I'm about to invest in a couple of vintage pairs of ELK84s and I want to make sure there won't be a problem... that he did in fact adjust the plate voltage for use with EL84s.
