Per Philips code 1st line/2nd line arrangement, I'd be inclined to read 2B8 as a 12au7/ecc82 type revision & 571 as the date of mfg. to be 1955 or 1965, 7th month (July), 1st week of that month. Philips codes may be discovered via inserting code into this forum catgory's Text-to-Find box & following the 6th return.
