I won't pretend to have the last word on this, as others are far more expert. But I do have 2 Fisher Mullard 12ax7's in front of me and they don't look like that.
That thing on top of the upper mica isn't on mine, and the mica "scallops" are a different shape. On each mica, 8 tips touch the glass. Do those have the two 'seams' on the top of the glass? Also, on mine, a total of 4 support rods are copper.Mine are from a Fisher 800C - early 60's.
