This is a good example of why it's hard to recommend stuff when it comes to personal tastes in music reproduction. I'm not a big fan of EL-34 tubes, but who's to say that they may not fit the bill for many other people?No matter how hard we try, we just can't escape the "try before you buy" advice. I've loved stuff that was poory reviewed and hated stuff that was glowingly reviewed.
