There are some of these on EbayWhere could a suitable adaptor be found ? Or would it be necessary to perform surgery on my Amp? *Currently running KT-77's in triode*
A search here reveals the Bendix is a Rare tube; the specification ( be warned, it's a PDF file ) links here:
