I've used EH and JJ's in my Scott 340B (similar amp section) with good results. I settled on the JJ's because they seemed to have sounded better. I bought the JJ's a couple years ago before the pin diameter problem, they have been very dependable. It seems like an easy problem to fix if that is the only problem. I may give the EH tubes another try and keep them in longer. They do have a nicer blue glow.
