Here I am finally thinking it's time to replace the 845 tubes in my Mastersound and to my horror I hear there is now an 845B, 845C, 845M, 845S and 845W!
Can anyone who honestly knows the truth tell me what the difference is between these tubes? I've also heard the TJ Fullmusic makes an 845 as well, but I've yet to locate one.
So if someone could straighten out the 845B, 845C, 845M, 845S and 845W mess and perhaps recommend which one might sound best in the
Mastersound, I'd really appreciate it.
