Thanks for your input,I think I have same idea with you that circuit might be designed around these WA driver tubes in my amp, I got absolutely better results with EH or Shuguang KT88 power tubes than stock Sovtek KT88s that means tube rolling is not only a fun but may be necessary in your setup ,asfor my amp driver stage strange to say but stock WA is the best performer (I did not write the other tubes I tried JJ83,JJ803,Groove tubes etc..)maybe together with EH 12au7 (stock tubes)in preamp stage, designer got the best result at his amp topology.
