I have been considering having my Magnum Eighty-Eight upgraded to the Stereo 90. I was told that many Eighty-Eight owners have done just this. I would like some feedback about the differences noticed from those who have had their Eighty-Eight upgraded to a Stereo 90. What specific improvements did you notice and was it worth the money? Any dowsides as far as you are concerned? Is the additional power of the Stereo 90 of note? I have always preferred triode mode with my Eighty-Eight so I'm not sure if the slightly addition power increase would be noticable. My Eighty-Eight does not quite have the power to drive my speakers to their full potential, although it does a credible job. Any info comparing the performance of the Eighty-Eight to the Stereo 90 would be appreciated.
