Who would do this?1. The Full Music factory in Tianjing province (hence TJ). They would test each valve and the 5% that test "the best" go into one pile and are sold to Sophia?
Doesn't seem likely.
2. Sophia buy a stack of valves from Full Music and test them. They sell those that test the best and return the rest to Full Music for credit.
Even less likely.
I know you are claiming that you just read it on the 'Net, so I'm not taking you to task.
