..., new or (preferably) good used, at a 'reasonable' price, what would be the best approach?
A friend of mine wants to re-tube a pair of monoblocks with Tele 7189's; 4 per side. Cost is an issue. I told him that goal and that constraint don't go together. ; ) Maybe I'm wrong.
Best approach/source if he still wants to try to do it?
