if you're asking for "legal types" on a bbs, you will get exactly what you deserve in USA courts- your own head handed to you on a platter! If you have valuable rights to protect, spend the money wisely on good legal talent, and it will cost a pittance of that value. Don't complain about American justice when we know what goes on in most of the rest of the world!!Trade names can be checked ahead of time for very little money in USA.
