Hickok 539C settings for 2A3 and other issues.

I just bought a Hickok 539C but the tube roll chart does not have the setting for 2A3 tubes. I was
wondering if someone could do me a favor and post the settings for 2A3.

Also, when I test 5AR4 tubes the meter hits the maximum. Is this normal, or does it need to be calibrated?
