Tube Rolling , X-can V3 - Jan to Siemens CCa

I just bought the X-can V3 headphone amp , sounds a tad strident and lacks the deep bass I want , paired with a Senheisser HD650 headphone and being fed via a Jolida 100.
I have a set of Siemens CCa. The amp has about 2 hours on it , so most likely not burned in.
Should I just leave the JAN tubes in and see what it sounds like 50 hours down the line or swap immediately the the CCa's?
