Amperex tubes with no etched codes???

I bought 3 Orange Globe Amperex 6GH8A's that were printed with "MADE IN HOLLAND". There are no etch codes and one seam across the top of the tube. I also found 3 Realistic 6GH8A's that were printed with "MADE IN HOLLAND" but no etch codes or seams on the top of the tubes. The construction is similar to the Amperex, but varies somewhat and have metal tags on the getter supports with stamped in numbers.
I only paid .75 cents for these on average, so I don't think that the sellers where trying to conterfeit them. I'm just curious if they can be authentic Holland tubes without the etched in codes.
