Well they are used tubes and he discloses that fully. I can see the height difference on the EBAY picture so that is obvious before sale as well. As for no marking, they have a very unique cinstruction so it can be assumed they are of the same make.The loose base is a legitimate issue but quite commen in old used tubes. I use nail polish to fix that.
If they test as listed, then the seller has done no wrong.
