PV10B has the similar line stage circuit to then PV-11 (actually the diode circuit in the cathode follower, like the PV-12), but a simpler power supply. PV 10A eliminated the balance control, IIRC. Early PV10's used a 12AT7 in the line stage for additional gain, IIRC. The PV 10's in general do not quite have the extension of the PV-11, but have a bit more bloom in the midrange.
