i did not own them that long as the SET was not very compatible with the speakers i had owned at the time (gershman avant gardes). i probably had them 3-4 months tops. i now own von schweikert dB99's and regret selling the carissa as it would've been a magical combination i bet. i purchased them from AA member, samac. he used them with the 845B for quite a while. do a search for his user id and i'm sure you'll find plenty of his posts discussing the carissa.kevin t
