There are some for sale on Audiogon if you want to pay out the nose. But the seller is well liked according to his feedback SAM10?? or something like that. Just look under tubes. The White label Amperex command pretty good money even on e-pray. It's difficult to say what a fair price is in a red hot demand cycle. Mega bucks for the apparently really good ones.
I used a suspiciously Dutch looking tube made for Hewlett Packard for a while. It was better sounding than many I auditioned. I had quite an assortment of good to very good tubes.
If you can find them get them. They were supposedly U.S. Philips (Amperex) made and sound great for the money at $5-10 a tube, these are a true bargain. They are all pulls buy definition from usually fine testing equipment. I assume Hewlett Packard needed very good tubes.
A lot of these puller guys don't have testers so you need a little luck, but if you can, take the chance.
