sorry but it is not possible to hear the difference in amplification factor between 12AX7 and 5751 tubes.
Certainly the 12AX7 has an amplification factor K equal to 100, whereas the K of the 5751 is equal to 70.
But the circuits always have part of the cathode resistor which is not bypassed by a capacitor.
So there is always a local negative feedback which makes that the amplification gain of the stage is independent of the amplification factor of the used tube (12AX7 or 5751).The amplification gain depends only on the value of the passive components ( anode and cathode resistors).
It is the same thing for an amplifier : its amplification factor does not depend any more of the amplification gains of the various stages, but only on the components of the negative feedback network.
For this reason ( local negative feedback )we cannot hear the difference in amplification factor between 12AX7 and 5751 tubes.
Your tube is really one 5751, it looks like a Sylvania.
