Beware of the screen voltage limitations.
6L6 is limited to 300V
KT66 is limited to 500V
EL34 is limited to 500V
KT77 is limited to 600V
KT88 is limited to 600V
So don't try it with the 6L6
but others might work.
I don't like it because the screen is supplying
the current rather than the plate and I don't think
they were designed to carry that much current.
I maybe wrong here but I doubt it.
