My preamp inverts the signal, so I have always flipped the + and - at one end of the speaker cables to correct for this.This new tube amp has a gain/inverter tube. Is this flipping the signal also, reverting it back to "normal" in my case? What the hell does a gain/inverter tube do (sorry, I'm unfamiliar with these circuits)?
