Please help identify mystery tube tester. Pictures enclosed

Hi Everyone,

Ran across an interesting older tester. But I don't have a model number to judge whether this is worthwhile to keep and have restored etc. also I don't have any way to find the tube chart / roll chart.

Anyone recognize this or know where I can look for more info.
